Movement and Performance Training

Personal and Group Functional Fitness Training aimed to teach you how to move the way your body is designed. We are hyper-focused on posture and form to make sure you are getting stronger and not getting injured. Our primary focus is on developing strong posture, rotational movement, balance and mobility. We build strength through full range of motion, which translates into more optimal pain-free movement in sports and life in general.

We offer 3 group fitness classes, Strength, Fusion and Flow. Strength is moderate pace non-cardio focused, Fusion is faster pace cardio-focused and Flow is slow pace Yoga focused workout.
