Join Coach Pam Wantland on Valentine’s Day at noon to flow, stretch, breathe, and meditate at our very first yoga workshop! This 75 minute experience will include an all-levels heart opening yoga flow, breathwork session, and a loving-kindness Metta meditation. Throughout the workshop, we will be focusing on the heart (Anahata Chakra) which governs love, compassion, empathy, and connection. The poses in this class will help to relieve chest and shoulder tension, improve posture, strengthen the back, increase lung capacity for improved heart health, and relieve emotional tension. Come open your hearts with us this Valentine’s Day!

Just in case: If you have your own yoga mat or block, please feel free to bring them along. We’ll have mats and props available for those who don’t, but supplies are limited and we don’t want to run out.
